Requested recipe from the Picnic:

Cabbage Casserole

2 c. crushed cornflakes, divided
1 stick butter, softened
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 can celery soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped

Combine 1 c. cornflakes and butter and place in 9 x 13 baking dish.  Add cabbage.  Combine and mix celery soupo, milk, mayonnaise, grated cheese and onion.  Pour mixture over cabbage.  Sprinkle with remaining cup of cornflakes.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
